Licence Condition
The licensee must design, install and commission an additional 8 ML of stormwater storage capacity for the purpose of managing wastewater and stormwater runoff in order to minimise discharges to the Hunter River. The licensee must provide written notification advising the completion of the works to the EPA at PO Box 488G, Newcastle NSW 2300, or via email to RegOps.MetroRegulation@epa.nsw.gov.au. Date for completion: 30 November 2022.
